Temporomandibular Joint Disorder

Massage and myofascial release can help your symptoms and increase range of motion within the joint. It does this by adressing and releasing any restrictions in the fascia and musculature of the upper back, neck, head and face in particular¬†the ones which control jaw movement. Working intraorally is also part of the treatment, which is very gentle but very effective in it’s release of tension within chewing muscles.

How do you know you have it in the first place?
